GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING MINUTES:

The March meeting was held on the 13 at Performance Plus Motorsports.
The April meeting will be back at Roadhouse on the 10th.
Come for dinner beginning anytime after
6:00!The meeting starts at 7:30.

The last meeting was held on February 20th at the Wood Husdson Research Facility. That meeting was delayed a week due to inclement weather. The next month (March 13th) we met at Performance Plus Motorsports. But if you think it’s been two months since you’ve seen a newsletter, you’re right since we didn’t do one for February because webmaster Jon Hanas was lolling on the beaches of south Floridaall of March. The next meeting will be held on April10th at the RoadHouse. If you’re inclined to have dinner before the meeting, the regular suspects will be assembling there at 6:00.So sally on over and join ’em for a steak or a great burger!
Doug Schwegman opened the March meeting (following a tour of the Performance Plus Motorsports facility with great pizza and some Corvette eye candy in various stages of restoration ranging from just delivered threadbare carcasses to fully restored beauties!) with the introduction of two new members; John Goodman who drives a ’07 Silver Gray Coupe (we think) and David Dietz who pilots a ’07 Z06.
Attending the meeting were: Kurt Meier, Jay Deerwester, Jim and Pat Bischoff, Jack Buecker, Greg and Lloyd, Bill Hengstebeck, Gary Benke, Marshall Hutcheson, Mike Martin, Charlie Goettsch, Dave Leachman, John Hackman, Susie and Don Turner, Mike and Mary-Jo Studer, Garry Roberts, Jim mason, John Trull and, Jim Syphix (sp?).

DENTED HUBCAP AWARD: The shiny spinner was awarded to none other than the club’s resident secretary and sole female autocrosser who had what might be politely called an “incident” with her Mallett 435 involving a skid, a large earthen berm and a substantial amount of airtime followed by an abrupt stop. She was fine. The Mallett was not so fine.

SPLIT-THE-POT:  We didn’t do one!
