GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING , November 9, 2004:

President Doug Schwegman called the meeting to order at 7:30 PM.

COMMITTEE REPORTS:

PRESIDENT’S REPORT: Doug Schwegman welcomed Chuck O'Brian who was visiting the club and considering joining. Jessie Schwegman detailed the plans for this years Christmas party (See attached flyer).

TREASURER’S REPORT: Steve presented checks totaling $4000 to Dr. Julia Carter of the Wood Hudson Research Laboratory. This was double last year's donation. Dr. Carter expressed the gratitude of the Wood Hudson Laboratory and took a few minutes to explain the research projects of the Laboratory. Steve thanked all those that had helped to make this years Car Show such a great success. He also reported that we had in excess of $4500.00 in the treasury.

SECRETARY’S REPORT & WEBSITE NEWS: Jon Hanas reported that 60 members had paid their dues and that he had sent out reminders to the 45 who had not.

VICE PRESIDENT’S /ACTIVITIES REPORT: Kurt reviewed two past events. The "Toys for Tots" run to Kings Island on October 30 and the "Drive the Track" day on November 6 at the Kentucky Speedway.

NEW  BUSINESS: Kurt outlined the plans for events and meetings through April 2005.

January 11: Meeting at Tom Gill Chevrolet. A representative from Meguiar's will be present to explain there products and car care techniques. (Contact-Jon Hanas & Doug Hillman)

February 8: Meeting at Keen Parts (Contact-Kurt Meier)

March 8: Meeting at Super Cobra?(Contact-Jim Spaeth)

April 12: Meeting at The Roadhouse

April 21,22 & 23: C5/C6 Birthday Bash at The National Corvette Museum(Contact-Jim Spaeth)

April 30 or May 1: Founders Day.
