GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING ,May 11 2004:

President Doug Schwegman called the meeting to order at 7:30 PM.

Those who attended the meeting were: Doug Schwegman, Kurt Meier, Jon Hanas, Steve Waldenmeyer, Chip Schwegman, Roger Webb, Gary Benke, Jim & Pat Bischoff, Stan & Rita Bond, Jim & Miriam Spaeth, Dorothy South, Bart Beers, Jeff Elliott, Jeff Lay, Gene Cochran, Nick Lucarreli, Bruce Garber, Robert Fincken, Tom Welch, Melissa Walriven, Tom Jones, Jeff Dean & Scheilah Gibson.

 

COMMITTEE REPORTS:

PRESIDENT’S REPORT: Doug Schwegman reported-that this was the 9th anniversary of the club and that we should start thinking about something special for our 10th anniversary next year. It was decided that there would be a meeting about the 4th annual car show on May 18th at 7 PM at The Roadhouse.

TREASURER’S REPORT: Steve Waldenmeyer reported- That we had $5135.50 in the treasury.

SECRETARY’S REPORT & WEBSITE NEWS: Jon Hanas reported- That we had 99 members.

VICE PRESIDENT’S /ACTIVITIES REPORT: Kurt Meier discussed the upcoming activates per the attached calendar.

NEW  BUSINESS: Tom Keen reported that the "Toys for Tots" run would be on Saturday October 30th this year and that the run would be to Kings Island. All those that bring a toy would get free admission to the park. He also mentioned that he was negotiating with "O. C. C." (Orange County Choppers-American Chopper, Monday 10 PM on Discovery channel) to build a Corvette bike to be raffled off that weekend. More info as plans are finalized.

DENTED HUB CAP AWARD: Doug Hillman for his encounter with an off duty State police man on his way to the C5/C6 Birthday Bash in Bowling Green.

SPLIT-THE-POT: $40.50 won by Gene Cochran
