GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING , April 13, 2004 at The Cold Spring Roadhouse:

President Doug Schwegman called the meeting to order at 7:30 PM.

COMMITTEE REPORTS:

PRESIDENT’S REPORT: Doug Schwegman thanked everybody for coming and introduced three new members. Charles & Dorothy Goettsch from Ft. Wright who own a 1998 Torch Red Coupe. Jeff Loy from Florence who has a 1998 Black Convertible and Scheilah Gibson from Amelia, OH.

TREASURER’S REPORT: Steve Waldenmeyer reported- that we have in excess of $5700 in the treasury.

SECRETARY’S REPORT & WEBSITE NEWS: Jon Hanas reported-that we have 97 paid members including the three that joined tonight. That is the most members since he has been keeping the membership records. He then reviewed the automated phone calls that members have been receiving to notify them of up coming events. The response was positive that it worked well and should be continued. He then suggested easer ways to access the membership roster and events calendar for those members with internet connections. He reminded everybody that Dorothy South still has some club shirts and sweaters for sale.

VICE PRESIDENT’S /ACTIVITIES REPORT: Kurt Meier reviewed the up coming events(see attached calendar).
